Mustang Athletes Recognized by Bruins for Sportsmanship

On Tuesday night, the Bruins and the MIAA (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association) partnered for the 13th year to honor a boy and a girl from every hockey league in Massachusetts for best exemplifying a constant commitment to sportsmanship. These students must have an exceptional record of on and off the ice conduct, teamwork, spirit and respectfully accept the rulings of game officials during the season.

Porrazzo, a senior defenseman, won the sportsmanship award for the Northeastern Hockey League. Cronin, a senior forward, won the sportsmanship award for the Greater Boston League. They are both pictured with Boston Bruin legend and NHL Hall of Famer Johnny Bucyk.
