Ward Family: We are Retiring from Gift Business

The Ward family, owners of Ward’s gifts in Medford Square, announced on their Facebook page their “retirement from the gift business.”

“It is with sadness that we announce we are retiring from the gift business. We love our customers, you are family! We have appreciated your patronage over the last 72 years.”

Another Facebook statement, posted on January 11, said the store is closing sometime before March 1. The statement also said everything in the store is on sale.
