Medford School District Launches App

The Medford Public Schools has launched an app to help parents, students, and staff keep up to date with the latest news and information, according to information posted last week on the district website.

The app, created with School Connect Services, is free to download and use and is available for iPhones and Android phones. There is also a web version for other devices.

The app allows users to decide which schools to receive push notifications from and to contact teachers via email or phone with the tap of a finger.

The app is a free service offered to school districts by Josten’s, the same company that publishes school yearbooks. It appears only three other school districts in the state are using it, including Burlington.
