RE/MAX Debuts Interactive Real Estate Listings

– Allison Goldsberry

RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services is offering a new way to browse local real estate listings.

Gone are the days of calling attention to hot properties with a freshly printed flier taped to a window. Now, an interactive display puts the customer in control simply by tapping the glass in front of a screen.

“A few fliers can’t capture the whole collection,” said John Veneziano, broker/owner of RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services.

Veneziano decided to learn more about the interactive display after receiving an email from imageSurge. The company created a touch screen display for RE/MAX that shows local real estate listings. Rather than regularly swapping paper property listings in the window, RE/MAX now boasts an engaging, dynamic touch display that showcases a wide variety of available properties in several surrounding communities.

RE/MAX’s location in the heart of Medford Square results in many passers-by stopping to interact with the display. Veneziano said it is a great way to deliver more information to people while drawing them in to ask questions.

“It’s all about services,” said Veneziano.

The interactive display is on from 7:00AM through midnight and is powered down overnight.
