The Medford High varsity baseball team earned its second home win of the season with a 2-1 walk off win over Matignon on Tuesday.

Senior John Lavoie pitched six innings, striking out seven while giving up five hits and no earned runs. Junior Tyler McLean pitched a perfect seventh inning, striking out two to earn the win in relief.

Andrew was 2-3 with two RBI’s while Dave Center, senior captain Jake Porrazzo, Ryan Covelle, and Mike Egitto each added some hits.

Junior Conor McGovern scored the first run of the game. Sean Doncaster and Don Ramasci provided great infield defense for the Mustangs, said Kozul.
