Crowd Comes Out for 1st Annual Health & Fitness Expo
On a picture-perfect Sunday local residents enjoyed an informative Health and Fitness Expo, the first such event organized by the Medford Chamber of Commerce and Whole Foods.
In addition to browsing booths with health and nutrition information, participants enjoyed sports clinics, strength and conditioning demos, Zumba, Yoga, and Pilates classes, walking/running tours, and free health screenings.

Cosmetic & Esthetic Dentistry of Medford offered free oral cancer screenings.
City Councilor Rick Caraviello rode his bike to the event.
