New Dance, Art, Fitness Classes at Springstep

Hatha Yoga photo by Allison FiskeA new class session launches the week of April 16, 2012 at Springstep, a nonprofit arts organization that fosters community participation in dance, art, music, and fitness. This season’s wide range of offerings for adults and children includes many new drop-in classes so that students can dabble in new forms of dance and movement before committing to a full six week session.

Come enjoy the classics like Hatha Yoga and Country Western Line Dancing or experiment with some of our newest offerings like Boston Body Barre and Dance Floor Fundamentals. Boston Body Barre, taught by seasoned instructor, Myra Green, offers a drop-in option and is a full body workout that is inspired by a combination of yoga and Pilates. Dance Floor Fundamentals taught by Springstep veteran instructors, Eileen Herman-Haase and Raul Nieves, will introduce you to three dance styles that are the foundation of modern social dancing: waltz, swing, and foxtrot. Springstep’s experienced, high-quality instructors and beautiful, light-filled space provide an exceptional experience and are unlike any other dance studio in the Greater Boston area. With classes happening almost every day and flexible offerings there is something for everyone at all levels of experience. To enroll go to http://www.springstep.org/?q=courses today!
