Event to Raise Money for School Sports in Medford, Malden

On Saturday, October 15 join the fun for a good cause at John Brewer’s Tavern. The restaurant is holding a bags tournament to raise money for the athletic departments at Medford High School and Malden High School. The event is open to all Medford Mustangs, Golden Tornadoes, and other affiliates! The bags tournament is taking place on the patio and starts at 11:30AM. All participants receive a T-shirt, hot dogs, and burgers. According to restaurant owner and Medford resident Bill Honeycutt, seventy people have so far signed up (thirty-five teams of two) and John Brewer’s would love to have fifty teams, so don’t miss out! John Brewer’s Tavern is located at 7 Highland Avenue, Malden.
