Back to School Wednesday, September 7

On Wednesday, September 7 the Medford Public Schools’ nearly 5,000 students will return to open the school year.

Faculty and staff return a day before on Tuesday. Kindergarteners don’t start until Wednesday, September 14.

On Tuesday, September 13 everyone will have the day off to accommodate a mayoral preliminary. Each of the district’s seven school buildings are used as polling locations. On Tuesday, November 8 the schools will be closed to all students again for a city election. That day will be a professional development day for teachers and administrators.
