Route 16 Station Meeting at Tufts March 30

The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) is pleased to announce that the next public input meeting for the Mystic Valley Parkway Green Line Extension Community Visioning Process is scheduled for Wednesday, March 30, 2011 from 6:30PM – 9:00PM at 51 Winthrop Street in Medford. (This is the former Sacred Heart Church building now owned by Tufts University.)

Free parking for the evening is available at the Dowling Hall Parking Garage, but be sure to take a ticket when you enter the garage. On-street parking is available along Boston Avenue. The meeting location is also accessible via the 80, 94 and 96 MBTA bus routes.

This second public input meeting will provide information on four key topic areas that were discussed by many groups during Meeting #1.

These topics include: Traffic and Parking, Air Quality, Land Acquisitions, and Managing Neighborhood Change.
