Medford Pols to be Honored October 17

Dedication Set for Mayor Marilyn Catino Porreca and State Rep Michael Catino

State Representative Michael Catino and Marilyn Catino Porreca, Medford’s first female mayor and councilor, will be honored by Mayor Michael McGlynn in a special dedication ceremony on October 17.

The ceremony is taking place at 2:00PM on Sunday, October 17 at Mystic Riverbend Park. All are welcome.

Porreca, who passed away in 2008, is the daughter of Catino.

    you need to correct this, it is for State Rep. Michael Catino not Porreca

    No, it is for both, according to information released by the Mayor’s office.
