It was a busy weekend for Medford youth baseball and softball teams. Several leagues held opening day ceremonies, including the Medford Babe Ruth League. The league opened up on Sunday afternoon at Morrison Park. Medford Mayor Michael McGlynn is pictured above with the White Sox and the Royals. The Royals beat the Sox, 12-11, after trailing 11-0.
