Veterans Share Stories with Students

Popular High School Program Shows Students History Behind Holiday

Over forty Medford veterans visited Medford High School on Monday as part of a special program organized by the Medford Office of Veterans’ Services and the Social Studies Department. Veterans from several wars, from World War II to Operation Iraqi Freedom, visited classrooms to share their stories with students. Many additional veterans participated this year, including more female veterans.
