Medford Resident Launches Website to Connect Homeowners, Contractors

ContractorSolutionNetwork.comThe following is an announcement from the founder of ContractorSolutionNetwork.com

The Contractor Solution Network, LLC (CSN) brings Pros & Homeowners together. CSN, a free advertising supported community site for home service professionals and homeowners, launches today. CSN helps home service professionals and homeowners in their efforts to make their home and community a great place to live.

CSN helps professionals by giving them an online presence and tools to help them run their business and find new customers. Unlike competitors who charge either the professional or the homeowner fees, CSN is based on the idea that communities seek and provide help to each other. CSN puts that concept online. CSN will rely on communities and social networks to identify the best home service professionals rather than employ the high cost, high overheads models to “identify” the best contractors used by its competitors. CSN employs a low cost model that will be supported by advertising.

At ContractorSolutionNetwork.com, professionals can create their online profiles that homeowners can search for and view. Tools are provided for professionals to plan their work schedule and interact with their colleagues. Even more importantly, professionals can work with homeowners on work estimates for home improvement projects. At the end of the projects, homeowners can provide feedback and reviews for professionals.

CSN helps homeowners by providing a place for them to find professionals and discuss home improvement projects with other homeowners. CSN provides a safe online tool for homeowners to review professionals and identify the best professionals for their home improvement projects.

The founder of CSN, Richard C. Lee, is a Medford homeowner with his wife and son. His experiences with contractors and the home improvement process inspired him to start CSN. Outside of CSN, Richard is a do-it-yourself guy and a real estate investor. Professionally, Richard has worked as a software engineer, business systems analyst, and project manager.
