Medford Vet Writes Book About Dementia, Alzheimer’s; Will Donate Sales to Charity

Medford veteran and long-time community activist Tom Convery has recently authored a fifth book.

I Wish I Could Remember, about dementia and Alzheimer’s, features twenty-four short stories, photographs, and illustrations from people around the country and abroad.

Convery plans to donate money from the sales of his book to Alzheimer’s programs in Medford. He has donated over $22,000 to various charities from the sales of his first four books.

The book is $10 for orders in Medford and $12 for outside orders (for postage and handling). Checks should be made payable to Tom Convery. The book can be obtained by calling Convery at 781-396-8129 or by sending orders to 171 Forest Street, Medford, MA 02155.
