Rep Garballey makes a speech from the House floor

Newly-elected state representative Sean Garballey (D-Arlington) makes a speech from the House floor Thursday as Governor Deval Patrick and House Speaker Sal DiMasi (D-Boston) look on. Rep. Garballey was recently elected to Jim Marzilli’s former seat, which Marzilli left after he was elected to the state senate. According to published reports, at 23, Rep.
