Two public meetings are scheduled next week to discuss the extension of the Green Line to Medford and Somerville.

On Monday, February 25, the City Council’s Subcommittee on Transportation will meet at 7PM at City Hall. City Councilor and Subcommittee Chair Fred Dello Russo, Jr., said the meeting is an opportunity for residents to discuss mitigation ideas for the project.

Another public meeting is also scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, at 6:30PM at the Century Bank Community Room at Century Bank’s 400 Mystic Avenue branch in Medford. The meeting will cover general information about the project and is a chance for the public to meet with the Project Team, ask questions, and receive an update on the status of planning process for the project.
