The last meeting of the 2007 City Council session is Tuesday night at 7PM at City Hall, and the agenda is light, though other things often come up during the course of a meeting.

There is a chance real estate taxes will be discussed, as last week’s discussion was tabled pending certification of Medford’s property values by the state.

The Council will meet regularly again in January 2008. There has been no official word yet on inauguration activities, though those are typically at the beginning of the month.

After some controversy, the 2008 Council will likely be led by the body’s two female members, with Councilors Stephanie Muccini Burke and Breanna Lungo informally considered the nominees for President and Vice President, respectively.
